How do I change my Credit Card Information?Updated a year ago

You can change your credit card information by simply logging into your account and add a new card or change your primary billing address. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Select the subscription you wish to edit the credit card info on
4. Click on the "Payment Methods" in the left hand menu or find in the hamburger menu on mobile devices.
5. Select the card you'd like to update.
6. Click "update payment method".
7. Check your email for an email with the subject "Update Your Payment Method for JOI".
8. Click "Confirm Payment Method"
9. Update the card details and billing address.
10. Click "update card" and you're all done.
